Roger Elias has had a diverse and accomplished career spanning several decades. Currently a happy retiree since April 2015, Roger has held the position of Associate at Platinum Group from 2006 to the present and serves as President of RW Elias & Associates, LLC since 2000, focusing on mid-level to executive searches. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as HR Director at GE Capital from 1984 to 1990, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation management. Roger's academic credentials include an MBA and a BSBA in Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, attained between 1967 and 1972.
