Vicki Solaja

Leading Platinum Parkingʼs human resources efforts since 2019, Vicki is charged with managing all aspects of employee development for all five Regions of the company from HR administration, recruitment screening, onboarding, and benefits enrollment to retention. Vicki loves working with people and ensuring that everyone at Platinum Parking is informed and supported as they tackle their daily work.

Vicki has developed and implemented best HR practices including accountabilities, talent acquisitions, policies, internal investigations, and performance review processes.
