Jeff Stover

Jeff Stover is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in various operational and management roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Platinum Pipeline, Inc. since March 2020, Stover's previous positions include Land Development Manager at Century Communities, Inc., and Director of Business Development/Estimator at Platinum Pipeline. Prior experience spans roles such as Private Works Estimator at RGW Construction and a decade-long tenure at Top Grade Construction where Stover advanced from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager, overseeing projects valued at $20M-$30M. Stover holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and graduated from Prospect High School.
