Dennis Perkins

Dennis Perkins is the Founder and CEO of Coral Bay Realty Group, a position held since July 2019. In addition, Dennis has had a long-standing career at Platinum Realty since January 2005, serving as Real Estate Broker, President, and Vice President of Operations/Broker, with a focus on building a world-class organization that adapts to the changing real estate market and actively recruits successful agents in the Greater Kansas City area. Earlier in their career, Dennis co-owned Perkins & Associates LLC from November 2004 until December 2008.
