Anouk Volleman has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anouk started at Cabana Beach in 2014 as an Operations Intern, where they handled food and beverage control, price comparison, invoice processing, stock management, labor productivity analysis, and supported the marketing department. In 2015, they became a Team Captain at Hands-On Field Marketing v.o.f. In 2016, they joined Page Personnel as a Recruitment Intern in Sales Administration & Supply Chain, followed by a role as a Recruitment Trainee in Sales Administration & Supply Chain, and eventually a Recruitment Consultant in Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Anouk worked at Keter as a Buyer, responsible for purchasing commodities and ensuring availability for an optimal production process. Currently, they are employed at Platinum as a Buyer, and they recently transitioned to the role of Lead Buyer in September 2021.

Anouk Volleman attended Pontes Goese Lyceum and obtained their HAVO E&M certificate in July 2012. In the same month, they also received a First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge. From 2012 to 2017, Anouk pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business and Management Studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences. During their studies, in July 2012, they also obtained the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification from the University of Cambridge. Anouk further enhanced their skills and knowledge by completing the Professional NEVI 1 PRIVAAT program at NEVI in April 2019. In September 2022, they received a certification in Professioneel leiderschap from SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company. These experiences and certifications demonstrate their commitment to ongoing professional development and expertise in the field of business administration and management.
