Rainer Ng

Rainer Ng is currently an Associate Director of Salesforce in Innovation Services at Plative, starting in July 2022. Prior to their current position, they worked at IBM from 2017 to 2022 in various roles, including Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. From 2016 to 2017, Rainer was a Student Athlete Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University. Rainer also had a role as a Business Development professional at Bookoo Ventures in 2016. Rainer started their career as an Investigation Branch Police Officer at the Singapore Police Force from 2011 to 2013.

Rainer Ng completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business (Strategy) from Brigham Young University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they received their high school education from Raffles Institution, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Rainer also holds several certifications, including "Consumer Products Insights and Solutions (Silver)" from IBM, "Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification" from Salesforce, "Manufacturing Cloud" from Salesforce, "Telecommunications Industry Foundations" from IBM, "Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant" from Salesforce, "Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator" from IBM, "Interskill - Blockchain Foundations" from IBM, "Financial Markets Industry Foundations" from IBM, "Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant" from Salesforce, and "Salesforce Certified Administrator" from Salesforce.
