Harsha Yapa

Harsha Yapa is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in Oracle database management, IT consulting, and network engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Platned since January 2016, Harsha also functions as the Principal Technical Consultant for Platned Consulting Services, delivering IFS Technical and Oracle DBA Services to over 100 IFS customers globally. Previous roles include IFS Consultant at Wellness Pet Company and a series of technical consultant positions at IFS, where expertise in Oracle Real Application Clusters, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions was developed. Harsha's career began with IT consulting roles at Swiftcover.com and FDM Group, following academic achievements including a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Moratuwa and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Sheffield Hallam University. Additional studies include advanced training in network security and wireless technologies. Currently, Harsha is furthering education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
