Saminda Gunawardana

Saminda Gunawardana is an experienced Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Platned, where responsibilities include the end-to-end delivery of business transformation solutions and technological solution delivery since January 2011. Prior to this role, Saminda served as a Senior IT Consultant at Provisix Ltd, managing Information Technology requirements for Syngco and its clients from June 2004 to January 2011, and as an Analyst Programmer at Informatics International Limited, focusing on software development for telecom billing and HR/payroll systems from February 2000 to September 2001. Saminda holds a Master of Science in E-Commerce from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
