Kamalpreet Singh Ahuja

Kamalpreet Singh Ahuja has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Kamalpreet Singh has held various roles throughout their career, including Vice President Service Delivery at PLATO Testing since October 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of QA teams, as well as planning and monitoring testing delivery for clients in western Canada.

Before joining PLATO Testing, Kamalpreet worked at ATB Financial as a Sr. Test Specialist from January 2017 to April 2019. There, they successfully managed the testing delivery for multiple banking applications, utilizing various platforms and applications.

Prior to ATB Financial, Kamalpreet served as a Sr. Test Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 2012 to December 2016, where they were responsible for defining QA processes and strategy for a complex infrastructure project.

Kamalpreet Singh also worked as a System Test Manager at the Department of Energy, Government of Alberta from January 2011 to May 2012, overseeing the testing of a complex application and achieving all testing goals.

Kamalpreet started their career as a Test Lead at Publicis Sapient from August 2005 to December 2010, and prior to that, they worked as a QA Analyst at Delta Information Services from May 2002 to July 2005.

Throughout their career, Kamalpreet has demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and monitoring testing delivery, achieving financial objectives and KPIs, and effectively managing teams and client relationships.

Kamalpreet Singh Ahuja completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University in the years 2003 to 2006. Kamalpreet Singh then pursued an MBA in IT from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMU) from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board and the Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute in December 2016. Kamalpreet Singh also holds the Advanced level Test Manager (CTAL - TM) certification from ISTQB, as well as the Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB) from the International Six Sigma Institute, although the months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
