Dave Sebald is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service across various organizations. Currently serving as an IT Service Desk Technician II at Platte River Power Authority since November 2019, Dave has a strong background in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues, alongside proficiency in incident and change request management using Remedy and ITSM systems. Previous roles include IT Technical Analyst and IT Technician II positions within multiple companies, where responsibilities ranged from supporting regional technicians to managing desktop support for numerous clients. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Saginaw Valley State University, Dave has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving IT resource utilization and client satisfaction throughout a career spanning several decades.
