Raquel Bersano

Raquel Bersano is an experienced professional in growth consulting and digital marketing, currently serving as Head of Growth at GrowthPass since February 2025. Raquel co-founded Inspire Academy in April 2015, overseeing the company's transformation from Inspire Digital and implementing significant process improvements, agile management methods, and a specialized teaching methodology. As an educator, Raquel has been a professor at ComSchool and Platzi since 2019, contributing to the development of courses in marketing and business. Raquel's previous roles include Director of Marketing and Operations at NEO | AdTech and Head of Marketing at Conexão Financeira, along with marketing positions at CPTarget Inteligência Online and Trilha Tecnologia. Raquel holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a specialization in Applied Neuroscience and Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
