Rick Lusk

Rick Lusk has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Founder of Plaus Technologies, Inc. since November 2018, where the company focuses on transforming commercial insurance procurement processes. Additionally, Rick holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at CoverageXpert since September 2021, leading initiatives to provide policy reviews and connect policyholders with trusted brokers. Previously, Rick served as AVP at Zurich North America from January 2017 to November 2018, managing insurance for financial institutions, and held the role of Vice President at Willis Towers Watson from April 2014 to January 2017, designing risk transfer solutions for various financial clients. Earlier experiences include roles at Lehman Brothers, XL Insurance, and several law firms, showcasing a strong background in risk management and insurance underwriting. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Villanova University.
