Emil Perdec possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food Beverage Manager at Plava Laguna since February 2015. Additionally, Emil has held the position of Senior Instructor at the Croatian Sommelier Club since February 2006. Prior roles include Manager and Head Sommelier at Konoba Kantinon, Service Manager, F&B Manager, and Head Sommelier at Hotel Monte Mulini, and Owner of Wine Bar Tinja. Emil also has experience as the Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier at Restoran Zigante and began a career in the industry as a Waiter and Sommelier at "VALSABBION" hotel & restaurant & medical spa from December 1996 to September 2003.
