Virginie Come currently serves as the Head of AML & MLRO at PLAY NORTH since December 2023, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles including Head of AML Advisory - Deputy MLRO at Betway Group and Head of AML / Deputy MLRO at Kindred Group plc. With a career spanning over 15 years in anti-money laundering and fraud management, Virginie has developed and implemented strategies to prevent fraud, analyze behavioral trends, and establish cross-departmental processes for fraud investigation and reporting. Prior experience includes a role as Fraud Analyst at Banque Accord and Senior Chargeback Analyst at Ladbrokes, where Virginie honed skills in real-time transaction analysis, chargeback procedures, and team supervision. Virginie holds a degree in Trilingual Secretarial Course from Gabriel Touchard.
