Ewa Zmyslowska

Ewa Zmyslowska serves as the Chief People Officer and Board Member at PLAY since September 2018, driving significant initiatives such as the successful merge of PLAY & UPC and cultural transformation within the organization. Prior experience includes roles at PwC Polska as Human Capital Director and Senior HR Manager, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, performance management, and talent attraction. Ewa has also worked as an HR Business Partner and Recruitment Manager at Microsoft, and in executive search consulting roles prior to 2006. Ewa holds an M.A. in International Economy from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an M.A. in European Studies from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, alongside completing a program at INSEAD in 2020.
