Gillian Pears

Gillian Pears is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director at Play Sports Network since March 2019, Gillian has previously held key positions, including Consulting HR Director at People Puzzles Ltd and Human Resources Director at Mogers Drewett and Dickies® (Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co.). With a strong foundation in HR management, including a focus on employee relations, restructuring, and talent acquisition, Gillian has consistently contributed to organizational growth and transformation.
