Eduarda Cavalcante is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Analyst at Play9 since January 2024, where responsibilities include structuring the attraction and selection process and enhancing candidate experiences. As the founder of Elas, a social project dedicated to empowering young black and mixed-race women in the job market, Eduarda focuses on self-development and confidence-building initiatives.
