Andrea Allie-Thorpe

Andrea Allie-Thorpe is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Playa Hotels & Resorts since September 2018. Prior to this role, Andrea held positions including Director of Human Resources at Secrets Resorts & Spa and Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall. Additional experience includes the role of Human Resource Manager at both Marriott Vacation Club International and The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Caribbean University, as well as a High School Diploma in Science from St. Elizabeth Technical High.
