Lisbeth Burgos Castillo

Lisbeth Burgos Castillo is currently working as a Regional Human Resources Coordinator at Playa Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this, Lisbeth held positions such as Training and Development Coordinator at Royalton Luxury Resorts, Human Resources Assistant at Grupo Puntacana, and Auxiliar de control de calidad at Barceló Hotel Group. Lisbeth has a degree in Tourism Business Administration from Universidad Catolica del Este UCADE and a degree in Service Experience Design from IAE Business School. Lisbeth also holds certifications in accessible tourism, customer service complaint management, and human resources management. Currently, Lisbeth is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management specializing in Digital Talent.
