Samantha Smith is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Group Sales Manager at Playa Hotels & Resorts since August 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha worked as a Group Sales Executive at Secrets & Breathless Resorts from March 2019 to August 2021 and gained experience as a Director's Assistant at Solo Jamaica Ltd from November 2017 to November 2018. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from The University of the West Indies, Mona, completed in 2017.
