Tracey-Ann Jones

Tracey-Ann Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, talent management, and hospitality operations. Currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Manager at Playa Hotels & Resorts since July 2022, Tracey-Ann provides leadership and support to Regional Recruiters and Hiring Managers across Jamaica. Prior to this role, Tracey-Ann worked at Teleperformance as a Talent & Brand Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and enhancing brand awareness. Tracey-Ann's earlier positions include General Manager roles at VIP Attractions, managing personalized meet & greet services and departure lounge operations, as well as serving as Events Manager and Regional Sales Manager at HALF MOON. Tracey-Ann holds an MBA in General Management from the Mona School of Business, UWI Mona, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
