Curtis Winger has a diverse background in the esports industry, with a range of roles in operations and programming. Curtis started their career at WorldGaming Network in 2015 as a Community Engagement and Program Coordinator, where they focused on tailoring the platform to meet the needs of the gaming community. In 2016, they joined Cineplex as Director of Programming (Esports), overseeing the development and execution of national and international esports programs. During their time at Cineplex, they produced notable events such as the Rocket League NA Championship, WESG 2019 NA Finals, and Forza Motorsport 7 WGN Championship. In 2020, Curtis joined Playfly Esports as Senior Director of Operations, leveraging their experience to contribute to the company's success.
