Paighton Barnes

Paighton Barnes currently serves as a Student Success Advisor at the University of Central Oklahoma, specializing in support for students in the College of Business. Responsibilities include guiding students from initial registration through graduation and addressing any challenges they may face in their educational journey. Additional experience includes roles as a Resident Assistant and leadership positions in the gaming community, such as President of the Central Gaming Community and various administrative roles with Playfly Sports, DreamHack, and Esports Engine. Paighton has also gained customer service experience as a Receptionist at Puppy Paws Hotel & Spa and has contributed to esports events as a Producer and Technical Director with organizations like Great Lakes Gaming and Space Productions. Educationally, Paighton is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Leadership at the University of Central Oklahoma, following the completion of a High School Diploma at Stephen F. Austin High School.
