Brian Merrill

Brian Merrill is an experienced visual effects professional with a strong background in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Lead VFX Artist at Playground Games since December 2019, Brian has previously held similar roles as Lead VFX Artist at Ready At Dawn Studios from June 2012 to December 2019, and as VFX Artist during the same time. Additionally, Brian worked as CG Department Lead at Borglar for a brief period in 2012 and started the career as Corporate Printer at Photo Perfections from February 2008 to January 2011. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institutes, attended between 2010 and 2012, and also studied at California State University, Fullerton from 2008 to 2010.
