Michael Bass

Michael Bass, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development & Recruiting at Playground Pediatrics and as the Founder & CEO of Backcast Advisory, LLC. Previously, Michael held multiple senior leadership roles at Specialized Dental Partners, including Senior Director of Doctor Recruiting & Integration and Senior Director of Transition & Integration, successfully driving revenue growth and integrating numerous acquired practices. Experience also includes a role as Director of Account Management at Shearwater Health, where Michael managed key client accounts, and prior military leadership as Company Commander at Officer Candidates School, USMC. Michael holds an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the same institution.
