Antoinette Kula, MA, brings extensive experience in ticket sales and customer service within the arts sector, currently serving as Assistant Director of Ticket Sales & Service at Playhouse Square since September 2011. Kula has held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager and Individual Ticket Sales and Service Supervisor, contributing significantly to the organization. Additionally, Kula is active as a CX Coach at CX Coaching, a Board Member of the Ohio Arts Professionals Network, and an Advisory Board Member for the Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland. Kula's background also includes serving as Drama Director at Normandy High School and holding roles at The Cleveland Play House and The Talent Group. Kula earned a Master of Arts in Leadership and Cultural Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Ashland University.
