Nathan Kelly

Nathan Kelly currently serves as President of Real Estate at Playhouse Square, a role commenced in November 2024, where responsibility includes overseeing the development of Cleveland’s Playhouse Square district, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Prior to this position, Kelly was the President & Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate from December 2017 to October 2024, focusing on leadership and client services in real estate brokerage and consultancy. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives, Director of Development, and Deputy Chief of Staff at Cuyahoga County from 2011 to December 2017, and as Director of Planning and Development for the City of Lakewood, Ohio, from 2008 to 2011, where effective strategies led to significant urban renewal. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from DePaul University and further studies at Georgetown University.
