Chris Kay has a strong background in the toy industry, with experience at Playmates Toys Inc. and Mattel. Chris started their career at Mattel as a Senior Financial Analyst in 1999 and later became an Associate Marketing Manager in 2004. In 2006, Chris joined Warner Bros. as a Marketing Manager before moving to Playmates Toys Inc. in 2008. At Playmates, they held the role of Marketing Director until 2015 when they were promoted to VP of Operations.
Chris Kay completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Ohio University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
