Candace Grundy

Candace Grundy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of CX Programs at PlayOn Sports since June 2023, Candace previously held multiple senior roles at Intuit Mailchimp, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Manager of Product Support, where responsibilities included overseeing product support activities, creating streamlined processes, and maintaining project transparency. Prior experience includes a diverse background in marketing and management at Adrenaline Wellness Center, Inc., as well as teaching mathematics and coaching at Pebblebrook High School. A graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child and Family Development, Candace also holds a CPH in Public Health from Georgia State University.
