Casey Silcox has extensive work experience in customer success and management roles. They served as the SVP of Customer Success at PlayOn! Sports from 2023 onwards, prior to which they held the position of Vice President of Customer Success. Before joining PlayOn! Sports, Casey worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at GoFan in 2021.
Casey's career began in 2003 at Resort Technology Partners (RTP), where they started as a Support Analyst/Implementation Specialist and later became the Director of Support. In this role, they led a team providing support and consultation to customers, and also oversaw the implementation of Salesforce. Casey then became the Senior Technical Relationship Manager, where they managed relationships with 40+ accounts and provided guidance on the optimal use of RTP|ONE enterprise application.
Following their time at RTP, Casey joined ACTIVE Network in 2011 as a Senior Technical Account Manager, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing client relationships. They later served as the Manager of Technical Support, overseeing multiple teams supporting different products and implementing strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and agent productivity. Casey also held the role of Manager of Technical Account Management (Outdoors), managing a team responsible for successful government contracts.
In 2015, Casey joined Sage as the Manager of Customer Success and Services, leading a team that supported the adoption of small to mid-size business product offerings and ensuring the success of thousands of customers in North America and globally. They later became the Senior Manager of Customer Success and played a crucial role in transforming the organization into a customer success-driven company. In this role, Casey led international project/program teams and worked with leadership across various functions to implement change management strategies.
