Andreas Paaske has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Andreas started their career as a First Lieutenant in the Danish Army, where they gained skills in conflict management, tactical planning, and motivation. After leaving the army, they joined the Danish Trade Commission in Montreal, Canada, as a Market Entry Consultant, where they conducted market research projects and contributed to the entry plans of Danish companies in the renewable and green energy sectors.

Andreas then worked as a Management Consultant at Guidestone Inc., a strategic advisory company, where they managed business analysis and development projects in the life sciences and venture capital industries. Andreas also worked at Asia Base Research A/S as a Management Consultant, where they provided market entry, development, and partnership development advice to international companies, with a focus on China's construction and pharmaceutical markets.

Andreas then joined KOMPAN A/S, a world leader in outdoor recreational play and exercise spaces, as the Asia Pacific Regional Manager. Andreas played a crucial role in establishing new markets and developing partnerships across the Asia Pacific region. Andreas successfully secured partnerships with multinational companies such as KFC in China and Unilever in Thailand and Vietnam, contributing to KOMPAN's international sales growth.

After their tenure at KOMPAN A/S, Andreas joined Mimer Consulting as a Management Consultant. Andreas led various projects, including a turn-around project for a US medical device company, outsourcing production of medical devices to China, and market entry support for a European SaaS lead generation software company.

In 2011, Andreas co-founded EDGE International, LLC, a startup business designing and selling high-end designer accessories for smartphones and tablet computers. As the COO and Co-Founder, they secured funding and successfully led the go-to-market process from product design to testing, outsourcing, and supply chain management.

Andreas'smost recent role was at PlayPower, Inc., where they served as the Vice President - Commercial Growth. Andreas played a strategic role in market development, collaborating with C-level colleagues and restructuring and expanding distribution sales channels. Andreas also established partnerships with landscape architects and developers in 30 international markets, contributing to multi-million-dollar project wins.

Throughout their career, Andreas has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.

Andreas Paaske's education history includes several degrees and programs. In 2000, they enrolled at Aarhus University and completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Business in 2003. Andreas then continued their education at Aarhus University and obtained a Master's Degree in Finance & International Business from 2003 to 2005. In 2004, they briefly attended Harvard University and completed a Master's degree in Corporate Restructuring and M&A. More recently, in 2018 and 2019, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and completed the Stanford LEAD: Personal Leadership Program.
