Michele Sayko

Michele Sayko has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michele began their career in 1999 at Farmers Insurance, where they served as an Agency Owner & Program Manager. In this role, they implemented strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, developed business plans, and provided knowledgeable guidance to customers. In 2014, they joined Ava Jane's Kitchen LLC as an Operations Program Manager. Here, they were responsible for streamlining supply chain operations, logistics, and importing/exporting processes. Additionally, they acted as a primary business contact and leader in the absence of company owners. Currently, since 2023, they work as a Project Manager for North America New Product Development at PlayPower, Inc.
