Romain Théry has had a diverse range of work experience in the game development industry. Romain began their career in 2007 at Sitel as a Game Master. Romain then joined CCP in 2008, initially as a Game Master before being promoted to Senior Game Master in 2009. In 2011, they worked at NeoWinGames as an ActionScript Programmer. Romain returned to CCP in 2012 as a Game Master for two months.
In 2013, they joined Ankama as a Game Programmer, and later transitioned to the role of Lead Developer in 2016. Romain then worked at DIGIT Game Studios as a Game Client Developer from 2018 to 2019. Romain then moved to Madbox in 2019 as a Senior Gameplay Developer and stayed there until 2022. Currently, Romain is employed at Quell as a Senior Game Engineer, starting in August 2022.
Romain Théry began their education journey in 2001 at Lycée François Villon, where they pursued a Bac S degree in Engineering Science. Romain continued their studies at the same institution in 2002, completing a Bac L degree with a focus on English in 2003. Following this, Théry attended ITECOM ART DESIGN from 2005 to 2006, where they engaged in the field of Applied Arts, Webdesign, and Advertising, earning a Prépa Art degree. In 2006, they joined DDJS Orléans, where they pursued a BEES 1er degree - Tronc Commun in Sports until 2007.
