Iana Moldavan

Iana Moldavan is an experienced recruiting and talent management professional with an extensive background in human resources. Since November 2015, Iana has held the position of Recruiting Manager and Talent Manager at Playrix, following a role as a Consultant at ANCOR in 2015. Prior to these roles, Iana served as HR Manager at Playrix from December 2009 to February 2015, overseeing the full cycle of recruitment for various positions including game designers, programmers, and product managers. Iana began a career in technical support, assisting players with downloadable and social games. Iana holds a Master's Degree in the Theory and Methodology of Teaching Foreign Languages and Culture from Vologda State Pedagogical University, completed in 2012.
