Michael Cohen

Michael Cohen is Playtika’s Chief Legal Officer. Prior to this role, Mr. Cohen served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Caesars Acquisition Company. Mr. Cohen previously worked at Latham & Watkins LLP and holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
