Sally Dolev

Sally Dolev has extensive experience in various HR and organizational development roles. Sally is currently a Leadership and Career growth coach at Growthspace, where they focus on personal development and career growth. Prior to that, they served as the Global Human Resources Director at Playtika. Sally has also worked as a Volunteer Mentor at Ment-Or Menat-Or and as a Consultant and Coach at Sally Dolev Consulting & Coaching. In addition, they have held leadership positions such as VP HR Global Operations at Avo, Director of Human Resources at NICE Actimize, and Organizational Development Director at Verint-Systems. Earlier in their career, Sally worked at Bank Leumi as an Organizational Consultant and at Amdocs as an HR Partner. Sally started their career as an HR Business Partner and later transitioned into the role of OD, Training & Internal Communication Manager at Malam.

Sally Dolev has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Political Science and Government from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Sally later pursued a Master's degree in Management & Public Policy from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they attended Kibbutzim College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Group facilitator in the field of Organizational Consulting. Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, Sally attended Emotion - Satia Coaching for personal development, studying Psychology.
