Jessica Riley

Jessica Riley is a seasoned professional in organizational change and human resources, currently serving as Senior Director, People Lead for Category Marketing Acceleration & Insights, Strategy & Transformation at Mondelēz International since October 2014. Jessica has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Global Human Resources Business Partner and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, highlighting expertise in change management and people strategy. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at EY and claims and risk management consulting at Clarity Group, Inc. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and has completed a Project Management Professional Certification course at Microtrain Technologies.
