Shachar Goldberg

Shachar Goldberg is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of R&D - AI & Data Platforms at Playtika since May 2024, after previously holding the position of Head of R&D - AI & Data Platform at Amdocs from October 2021 to December 2023. At Amdocs, Shachar was responsible for building the AI and Data Platform product, DataOne, while leading a global team of over 80 engineers across multiple countries. Earlier roles include Director of Engineering - Applications, Data and Analytics at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD, and various engineering management positions at Cellcom, where Shachar worked from January 2006 to May 2020, including Head of Engineering - Data Platforms & AI. Additional experience includes a role as Engineering and Developer Tech Lead at TowerJazz from October 1996 to January 2006. Shachar holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
