Nicola Brown has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nicola is currently working as the Senior Director of Customer Adoption at Playvox, where they focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, Nicola served as the Global Head of Customer Success at Agyle Time, a workforce management company.

Nicola has also been involved in co-owning 4BP Racing from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they have held positions such as Director at NJB Consultancy Services from 2018 to 2019 and VP Customer Success/Client Services - Asia at Veeva Systems from 2015 to 2018. At Veeva Systems, they played a significant role in delivering regulated content management solutions for life sciences companies.

Before that, Nicola held various roles at Zinc Ahead Ltd, including VP Client Services Asia Pacific, Customer Success Director, and Customer Success Manager. Nicola Brown attended Priory High School from 1993 to 1997, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. Later, Nicola obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Business in January 2022.
