Neal Doolin

Neal Doolin is an experienced professional in educational and esports operations, currently serving as a Senior Scholastic Operations Strategist at PlayVS since May 2025. Prior to this role, Doolin held the position of Director of Operations at Generation Esports from June 2021 to May 2025. Doolin also contributed significantly to the Blue Valley School District from August 2013 to June 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Esports Head Coach, managing league operations for over 30 student athletes, and teaching advanced mathematics and physics courses. Doolin's early career involved research at The University of Kansas, focusing on Antarctic weather data, alongside roles as a Mathematics Teacher and tutor. Doolin holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, both from The University of Kansas.
