Leonid Foigelman has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a Software Engineer at Cadent Ltd. Leonid then worked as a Software Engineer at Cimatron Ltd., where they developed and optimized drafting applications. In 2000, they joined WorldImaging Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on GIS software and integration with driving direction engines. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at PixelPlay Ltd. as a Team Lead and Technical Manager, developing and deploying iTV game services. In 2008, PixelPlay was acquired by Oberon Media Inc., where they continued to work as a Technical Manager until 2012. At Oberon Media, they developed and deployed iTV game services for major satellite and cable TV companies. Leonid then joined TransGaming, Inc. as a Technical Manager, where they developed and deployed interactive TV game services and ported games to different devices. In 2018, they became the VP of R&D and IT Departments at PlayWorks Digital Limited, where they worked on developing and deploying HTML5 applications and services for SmartTVs, Facebook Instant games, and interactive TV services for satellite and cable TV companies.
Leonid Foigelman obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in CAD/CAM from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in CAD/CAM and Robotics. Prior to that, they studied Robotics at Vinnitsa State Technical University in Ukraine from 1985 to 1990.
