Pj Dever III

PJ Dever III has over a decade of experience in youth development and program management, currently serving as the Executive Director at Playworks since August 2010. In this role, PJ has developed and managed comprehensive youth programs, including a socialized recess initiative impacting over 400 students and training opportunities for older students to lead activities. Previous positions at Playworks include Regional Director, Associate Director, Program Director, Program Manager, and Program Coordinator. Prior experience at AvePoint as an Account Manager involved building client relationships, delivering technical presentations, and managing communications. PJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers Business School, earned between 2002 and 2007. Notable accomplishments include presenting at a federal conference and expanding Playworks operations to Durham, NC.
