Jesus Sanchez

Jesus Sanchez is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and superintendent roles across multiple high-profile developments. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Areda Construction, Inc. since March 2019, Jesus previously held significant positions at Plaza Construction and Summit Structures, managing major projects such as the Centro mixed-use high rise in Miami and the Margaritaville resort building in Hollywood, Florida. Notable achievements include overseeing the Miami Children’s Courthouse, which had a project cost of $328 million, and ensuring the completion of several LEED-certified projects. Jesus holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Everglades University, completed in 2015.
