Alexis King

Alexis King is an experienced wound care and ostomy specialist, currently serving at The Center at Arrowhead since July 2018. In addition to this role, Alexis has also worked as a wound care nurse at Plaza Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center since March 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a wound/ostomy nurse at The Villa of Evergreen from October 2016 to February 2018 and a wound care nurse at Symphony Post Acute Network, where Alexis held the title of Wound Care Coordinator from June 2013 to February 2018. Early roles include working as a wound/ostomy nurse at Glenshire Nursing Home starting in October 2013. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nurse Leader from Indiana University Northwest between 2017 and 2018.
