Bill Toner

Bill Toner is an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst I at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc., since June 2025. Prior to this role, Bill served as a System Engineer for the City of Philadelphia from March 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included engineering a cloud-based data analytics platform for operational data reporting and automation targeted at executive management.
