Lance Lemoine

Lance Lemoine currently serves as the Managing Director of Correspondent Lending, Enterprise Risk Management, and Servicing at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc., a position held since April 2025. Previously, Lance held various senior leadership roles, including President of the Mortgage Division at Evolve Bank & Trust from April 2019 to March 2025, and Chief Executive Officer at AmeriPro Home Loans from 2015 to 2017. Additional experience includes positions such as Senior Vice President at multiple institutions including Axia Home Loans, Indymac Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Bank. Lance's extensive background in banking and mortgage services is complemented by academic credentials from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and the University of Virginia School of Law, where completion of the CBA Executive Banking School occurred in 2008.
