Lorenzo Valori

Lorenzo Valori is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial development and operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Development & Operations at Plaza Premium Group since May 2016, Lorenzo has successfully directed organizational growth and managed business development with full P&L responsibility for the largest region within EMEA. Prior roles include Business Development Director and Director of Operations at Plaza Premium Group, overseeing project life cycles, operational excellence, and product development. Additional experience includes managing airport lounges and restaurants, with a foundational education in hospitality and management from institutions such as Ascencia Business School and the Italian Chamber of Commerce.
