Pascal Bélanger

Pascal Bélanger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aviation and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President for the Americas at Plaza Premium Group since April 2022, Pascal previously held key leadership roles at Winnipeg Airports Authority, including Executive Vice-President of Airport and Commercial Operations, where oversight included air service development and real estate. Prior experience includes serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at AÉROPORT DE QUÉBEC INC, directing operations for Tours Maison, and launching charter flight operations at HÉMISPH-AIR LTD. Pascal's educational credentials include a Chartered Director designation from McMaster University.
