The Construction Team at Plaza REIT is responsible for overseeing the development, renovation, and maintenance of our extensive portfolio of properties. This team ensures that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Construction Manager leads projects, the Senior Director Construction provides strategic oversight, and the Construction Coordinator supports logistical and administrative tasks. Together, they play a critical role in enhancing the value and functionality of our retail spaces to meet stakeholders' needs.
