The Operations and Analysis Team at Plaza Retail REIT is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of Plaza's extensive property portfolio. This team ensures properties are well-maintained, monitors financial performance, and analyzes data to optimize operations. The team includes key roles such as the Vice President of Operations for Atlantic, who leads regional operational strategies; the Senior Director of Operations Administration, who manages administrative and operational tasks; the Building Services Technician, who handles maintenance and technical issues; and the Financial Analyst, who evaluates financial data to support strategic decision-making.
